All Disputes
It is always better to mediate than litigate to resolve disputes. It is less costly, more
expeditious, confidential and a means to an end - resolution!
The courts run the show when you litigate. In mediation you run the show. There must be full
disclosure, everything is confidential, you have an ability to be heard and you have knowledgeable
decision making with a team of mediators who are qualified to resolve your disputes with your input
and assistance.
Mediate. Don’t Litigate. It’s all about teamwork with the American Mediation Association.
Together we achieve the extraordinary.
